Act I inn item crafters
Recommend removing the level-based 'final value' restriction the item crafters in the Act I inn.
Coupled with the 500% markup, this restriction effectively prevent lower level characters from using these crafters, while higher level characters have long since outgrown them (since it caps at +3 weapons / armor).
Furthermore, the module as a whole doesn't have I-level restrictions anywhere else (which I very much love), so it just seems a bit out of place.

Also worth noting, the armor shop incorrectly gives "5" as the value in various menus (i.e. 5 regen, +5 dex, etc.), though it applies +3 properties.
