- Removed some unused/duplicated/etc scripts;
- Optimized scripts;
- Added a refresh timer on Persistent Chests (every 30 minutes)*
*: On very rare occasions (mostly when the server have a huge lag spike), the Persistent Chest remains openned even after closing it which causes the player (that was using the chest) to lose his/her items stored/put in the chest.
